We require an introductory session or "meet and greet" with you and your pets before scheduling any services with our company. This session enables us to gather information about your pet's needs and routine, as well as discussing any special requests that you might have. This is also the time that we provide you with all of the paperwork that we need you to fill out in full, prior to our first service, as well as picking up your house keys and obtaining any security codes for your home alarm system. There is no charge for this consultation.
All paperwork must be completed in full and returned to us prior to our first scheduled visit or service, either by e-mail or in person. If they are not completed, we will be unable to begin services due to liability issues. Once we have received your completed paperwork, it will be kept on file. If you need to make any changes to your file, please inform us immediately, so we can ensure that all information is complete and current for you and your pet(s).
After our consultation, we request that you provide us with two copies of your house keys. One for your sitter/walker, and one to be kept in our office safe. Any alarm codes will also be kept in our safe and are guaranteed to be safe and kept confidential.
If you would like us to make a copy of your house key, we will take care of that for you for a $10 per key charge.
We are happy to keep your keys if you are a repeat/recurring client. If you would like your keys returned to you in person after your service in complete, there will be a $10 drop-off charge. We can also mail your keys to you by certified mail for a $6 charge. Under no circumstances will the keys be left in your house upon completion of service. (See Return Home Policy below)
Return Home Policy
When you have returned home, please call or text us at (503) 597-8834 and leave a message to let us know that you have arrived safely. If we don't receive a phone call from you, we will assume that you are not coming home as planned, and will send a sitter to your home to continue the previously arranged service. There will be a regular service charge applied to your bill for this additional visit.
