Initial Consultation- FREE (first 45 minutes)
Key pickup and return-we pick up keys during initial consultation. If client desires key pickup at another time, a $10 fee will be charged.
Key returns can be by Certified Mail for a $6 charge, or can be brought to your home after the service is completed for a $10 fee. Clients can also opt for us to keep their key on file.
Additional Pets-any pets exceeding 2 dogs/3 cats or a similar combination, $5 each per visit, depending on the type of pet.
Early AM or late PM visits-$5 surcharge before 7am or after 9pm
Holidays-$10 additional charge per day (50% deposit of total service is due at reservation). As holidays book up quickly, we suggest making your reservation as early as possible. (Holidays include Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Yom Kippur, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day.)
Discounts-all discounts for dog walking are valid only for regular, recurring clients and only if paid one week in advance. All other clients must pay full dog walking rates.
Payment and Cancellations
Payment for pet sitting visits is due in full at the time of booking-no exceptions!
Payment for dog walking services is due at the time of booking or on the first day of service. For recurring walking clients, weekly or bi-weekly payment is required.
Cancellations of overnight visits must be made 1 week in advance. If cancelled within the 1 week period, the 2 night deposit made at time of reservation will not be refunded.
Cancellations of pet sitting visits must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation penalty of 100% of single visit charge.
Cancellations of dog walking services must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation penalty of 100%of single walk charge.
